JUMP skills programs are for players looking to take their game to the next level. Skills classes are held weekly at locations near you. Sessions are held 1x each week and cover skill development in ball handling, shooting, conditioning and finishing.

PROGRAM DETAILS

SKILLS PROGRAM—Designed for beginner to intermediate players aiming to build a solid foundation in basketball. Whether it’s their first time on the court or they have some prior experience, players will receive personalized feedback that emphasizes individual skill development and conditioning.

Key Benefits:

3. Boost Confidence: Gain comfort in understanding the fundamentals of basketball to help prepare for a house league program.

ADVANCED SKILLS PROGRAM—Covers training/conditioning for advanced players looking to take their conditioning skills and game IQ to the next level.

1. Sharpen Basketball IQ: Learn essential skills like pick-and-roll, read-and-react, guided footwork, and high-IQ defensive play.
2. Build Elite Conditioning: Improve endurance, speed, and explosiveness through daily fitness drills and performance training.

Led by our most experienced Jump coaches, Advanced Skills is ideal as an add-on to House League or Rep for athletes looking to gain additional training time per week!
